Weight Loss Goals

Wednesday, September 01, 2010

So here it is... I finally am taking the time to decide what I want to reward myself with for loosing weight. I had already decided that I wasn't going to buy any more clothes until all my clothes were falling off... so yeah. Here it is:

% - lbs Lost - Weight - Reward
5% - 13.6 - 258.6 - new makeup
10% - 27.2 - 245 - new shirt
20% - 54.4 - 217.8 - new pants
30% - 81.6 - 190.6 - PARTY!!
40% - 108.8 - 163.4 - new shoes
50% - 136 - 136 (normal BMI) - Trip to Seattle

It is incredibly hard to imagine loosing half of my weight. I don't think I have been 136 pounds since I was... well like 10!!! And since at this moment I don't have a job, I don't want to spend too much money for my goals.

So wish me luck! I also am hoping to run/jog/walk the Komen Race for the Cure next may... a 5k... and I'm even trying to get my mom ready to do it with me!

I like your rewards - I also like how you set them up - by the % lost.

By the way - I am taking my high school senior to see Ohio State tomorrow. Only problem is that his 6th grade brother is a Michigan fan! my house is fun this time of year.

Love it! And I know for me, having it broken down into the smaller one's, like you have, let's me not totally freak about the -amount- total I have to lose. Small manageable bites, so I don't choke on the number. There is an awesome group here too, for trading clothes when you need to, just as an fyi!

You are going to do wonderfully! emoticon

Hey we both set up our rewards today!! Losing that much weight, you might need to buy new clothes at every goal. But, if you're anything like me, you already have clothes from working your way up...
