getting back in gear
decided that whenever i'm hungry, drink water
want a candy bar?--drink water

started a week ago, and as long as the water is ice cold, i like it

in the morning, yep, drink water

i went to an IGA store and they had homegrown cantelope, huge, ugly, cheap, and I bought one

went really well with my water
