Meetings and sitting

The last two days I've been in meetings sitting for hours at a time. Yuck! I feel way more tired than when I get lots of exercise. Yesterday I got an hour of paddling in after the meeting, which felt great! Today is windy and rainy and we have to go to my MIL's for dinner, so the only exercise I'll get today is a dog walk. At least its something.
I lost 4 pounds in August. One pound per week is ok. But... today when I got on the scale I had gained one of them back. I know it was the brownies. I've just got to learn to say NO to brownies, but they keep showing up when I'm hungry and my resistance is low. I also had some salty food last night, so maybe I'm just retaining water. Either way, I must reform my brownie indulging ways and keep moving towards my goals.
