I figured I'd compile a little list of my favorite (and healthy snacks).
28 almonds = 160 calories
I eat these in moderation of course. I take the time to count them out and then put the can away. If not, I'll start dipping in and eating a few more LOL
1 cup = 60 calories
Keep these at my desk and at home at all times. If I don't have fresh fruit handy, these work great!!!
1 pack = 100 calories
I have one of these most mornings at work. I will add some cinnamon to it to keep me from adding sugar.

Great midday snack.
2 tbsp = 190 calories
Something else I have to eat in moderation. I'll eat peanut butter with whole wheat toast or on apple. Delicious!!!!!

Have to get the dairy in, too. I'll eat the yogurt at any time of day. I'll even add it to the smoothie in the morning. Yummy!!!
