Kettlebell Challenge (2nd week ended)

This is working, weighed myself today and I have lost a few more pounds,
So ended the 2nd week of my challenge to myself, strangely enough I found myself doing more walking this week, so was walking and doing kettlebell.
I found another exercise to add to my challenge, its a Torso Track 2, never heard of it myself; but my friend let me borrow her machine. Its an inverted sit up machine, gotta say it works, I used it a little bit on Saturday and felt it then and 2 days after, WOW.
So now I am into my 3rd week of the challenge, yesterday I used the Torso Track and also did some Kettlebell this week should be exciting. I need the change to keep my attention. Trying to keep my eye on the end prize, a healthy body, man it takes alot; though I have noticed I seem less hungry most days. I had to force myself to eat today.
I know that it will get easier as it goes along.
