1st Week finished - Kettlebell Challenge

I am excited to report that at the end of my 1st week I have lost 2 lbs., soo soo happy.

On my 1st day: I did the dvd and it was basically just the swings (if you dont have a dvd for it, you can go to youtube & watch a vid of how to do it). Wow it kicked my butt, was soo out of it after the dvd.

2nd day: I did overhead extention with my kettlebell & side bends with it.

3rd day: did a couple exercises that usually use weights, I did overhead extensions and side turn with kettlebell.

I also did daily exercise, it finally paid off. Now into my 2nd week & I have noticed that I dont feel like eating as much, I have that burn you get from exercising (which is exciting by the way) & I drink a whole lot more water.

Oh I have also started to notice where the weight is coming off, a little here and a little there it is extremely exciting to say the least. I look forward to smaller clothes & more choices & so much more. Now that I am seeing a change in my clothes it is becoming more real. On Sunday I noticed that my slip kept slipping down,
emoticon at first I just couldn't figure it out, then all of a sudden it clicked, that moment when you go 'OH' emoticon

I also want to put down all the exercises I am doing, I need to find the sheet that came with my kettlebell; but I have noticed that when they show the informercial on tv I like to do it with them, shows different exercises I can do & also youtube has some excellent ideas.

    That is wonderful. I started with the kettlebell when I began again, put it to the side and now after reading this, I am ready to pick it back up. Have a great day.
