6 Week Kettlebell Challenge

So a few nights ago I saw the infomercial for the Kettlebell and it got me pumped. In the commercial it talks about the 6 week challenge, how you will lose so much wt and so on and so forth. Anyway, I already have the Kettlebell so I have decided that this week is when I will start the challenge. I will start out doing the workout 3 days a week (Tues/Thur/Sat) and hopefully add more days b4 long. I am also deciding on other factors to help me in this challenge.
I think this is just the thing to get me out of my funk. Hopefully will blog weekly, maybe more.
