I try. I find it a lot easier to use it as a motivator to read others blogs or articles and not so much as using to track my food, etc. I know that is not the best.. I should take care of myself first by journaling my food. Anyway, that is my goal for Monday. The Sparkpoints page IS a good motivator.. need to use it more! 3893 days ago
So do I! I use it to keep me going on days I feel blah. It forces me to track my food and water intake. As well as my exercise and the articles, blogs and all that I have read through it have been amazing and motivational. So wanting those SparkPoints is a crazy thing but sometimes it is all the motivation I need. It is true it is the small things in life. LOL 3900 days ago
