Week One - Official Better Sleep Challenge

ok so I have major prob getting to sleep, didnt fall asleep last nite well really this morn until after 6 am or maybe it was later. So I am going to try this better sleeping challenge. I joined a few days ago; but today was the first time I had access to a printer. I have printed off my 'Sleep Diary' outline and now to fill it out when it says to.
Really hope this works, I dont want to have to depend on over the counter meds to get to sleep.
