Struggling today to follow my plan

Yesterday afternoon and today I am really struggling to follow my rather energetic plan for this month. I am still on track with my nutrition intake and would really like to continue with that as the month (week, day, hour, minutes) progresses. My biggest struggle right now is getting the energy to go to Curves after work. I had planned to go last night, since I had other commitments on Monday night, but did not go. I also did not do any exercise at home to make up for missing Curves. Again, today I do not want to go to Curves.

So, in order to stay on track with my other goals, I am going to modify my original goals for August.

1. Log on each day to SP.
2. Stay within my calorie range each day of the month (this is going to be the tough one).
3. Do SOME sort of fitness each day so that it can be tracked on SP. The intention here is to get better at this (more time spent) as the month progresses.
4. I will 5 fruits/veggies each day.
5. I will drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water each day.

I can see that I tried to do too much all at once. Baby steps, baby steps!!!

    Small goals you can reach reasonably are a good idea. You can do it! I've pledged to myself that I will exercise at least 10 minutes every day. I go over every day, but that is my goal.
