New month, new day, new ME

So, today starts the beginning of a new month and I am excited to start my new goals. Here is the list -

1. Log on each day to SP
2. Stay within my calorie range each day of the month.
3. Workout at Curves a minimum of 3x per week this month.
4. Do at minimum of 15 minutes of exercise each day this month.
5. I will eat 5 fruits and veggies each day this month.
6. I will drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water each day this month.

I will reach these goals by taking one day at a time. Each day is a new day working toward the new me!!! emoticon
