four weeks!!!

It is amazing how actually signing up for something helps with recommitting. I was starting to loose my steam, thinking I would not be able to make the August 14th 5K just because I was having so much trouble signing up for it. That really was showing up in my workouts too. Now its full steam ahead.

Good thing there is only 4 weeks left to the couch to 5k. . . the race is four weeks away as too.

I also tried crunch candlelight yoga tonight. Its nice. I like it. I recognize now that I really need to stretch more. Not only that but i can tell that I have lots of tension down the left side of my neck. Hopefully that will go away as I practice yoga more.
