Yay- I started week 3 C25K and did Turbo Sculpt (first time)
Yay- I drank enough water!
Yay- DH and I found a coffee table we both like for less than half the original price!
Boo- I've gone over my sodium for the day

Sodium seems to be the hardest for me. I don't even add salt to anything. I know Taco Bueno is what did it for me today.

I was really excited to start week 3. The first 3 min run I thought to myself "this isn't bad" however the last 3min run haha that was a little harder. I am very grateful I found a better music option. It's keeping me motivated.

I'm tired and totally lost my train of thought.
