Tough Workout=Sore Body.

I'm already sore!! I think I might have overdone it just liiiittle bit today. I plan on only lifting weights tomorrow and walking. I don't want to burn myself out. One thing is for sure though. If I keep up these zumba videos, I will definitely be toned! They are such a great workout. I highly recommend them to anyone who is bored of the treadmills and ellipticals. I am exhausted after all that dancing and just generally feeling tired today, so I'm going to go and sleep to the sound of the rolling thunder and the rain.

Random thought for the day: Never Say Never by Justin Bieber is an awesome and motivational song.

    Zumba is pretty much dancing. You can take classes, buy a dvd, or just do videos on youtube like I do!
