This is my second attempt at C25K. I tried it last year and was about half way through and I got bored with the music honestly. However I started running on my own (okay with my DH) last April and was seeing a great improvement yet again I stopped. My DH is a runner. He could not run for several months then decide he wants to run 6 miles no problem. I'm a little jealous. :)
I think some motivation for me would help me stick with it. I want to run a 5k with him even though he'd blow me out of the water. If my MIL can do it then I know I can do it too.
Not only is my weight loss better when I add running to it, I feel so much better when I get that time outdoors.
My motivation for running is not only being 10lbs lighter but I want a HRM. Specifically
I cannot justify myself spending the money on it unless I am going to get use out of it.
So even in the TX heat and humidity here's to trying C25K again.
