Keep on going

Lifestyle check today, and I got a big arrow going down. It does reflect how in the past two weeks. This feels like pulling teeth. Or running while you have a cramp on the side or the leg. Here is where I just focus on putting one leg in front of the other just to get going.
That is not a bad idea. Sleep is still a challenge. Poor sleep leads to poor performance and to more poor sleep. It is still on my FastBreak goals.
