Day 7: Family Fit Challenge

Well I tried yesterday to start working out again after being sick and it did not go well. Today I feel worse, but optimistic that things are going to improve soon! I am resting today at the house doing some light housework in hopes that my body will benefit from the break.
I am logging my results early today. Obviously I am not doing my run or my crunches etc... today but rest assured that I will get more than enough exercise carrying my girl up and down the stairs all day!
I am planning my meals for today so that I make sure I once again get all my super foods as well as my water.
Day 7 results...
Water - 64 oz so far but will aim for 128 oz by the end of the day.
Vitamins - DONE!
