I've been going through a LOT of the blogs on SP and decided that I needed some kind of fitness goal.
So since for my hip hop team a set is 6 minutes long, my goal is to, by the first day of school, run for 6 minutes at 7.5, 4 times in a row with 3 minute breaks. It's possible for sure because I use to be able to run an 8 minute mile in junior high and once I'm at my goal weight I think I'll be lighter than I was then haha.
For hopefully wednesday or maybe friday (3 hours of dance tuesdays and thursdays) i'll run for 6 minutes, 4 times in a row at any pace i can handle just to get a bench mark.
