I got all my Friday goals BUT Saturday Sunday and Monday were all bad. Especially Saturday at the BBQ. So delicious. So bad.
SO today's goals
1. Don't eat anything crazy
2. NO cheese (I love cheese and eat way too much of it)
3. drink all my water
4. no desserts
5. make my claorie goal!
I'm gonna try to cut cheese out for July =) Maybe allow it once per week or 4 times total?
