Day 4 : Family Fit Challenge

Here are the results of day 4. I am doing much better and everyday I feel stronger. My chest is still congested and I am coughing but my energy is back up for the most part and I think tomorrow I may be ready for a treadmill walk/run. In the mean time I just need to keep eating healthy and doing what I can.

1. Flaxseeds
2. Wild Sockeye Salmon
3. Blueberries
4. Strawberries
5. Steal cut oats
6. Red Bell pepper
7. Walnuts
8. Raw Meal by Garden of Life, 1 serving
9. Tomatoes
10. Black tea
11. Organic Turkey breast
12. Ezekiel bread
13. Apple
