A wonderful day!

So today I had the day off and felt the desire to see if I could get a little more Ava time. Sara was kind to oblige as she was working and her sister was fine too. She could go to the pool for a few hours so a win-win. So I picked her up and brought her here for a bit. DH was home too so we had a little fun with her. Then I took her for a road trip to meet her great grandparents. (The ex-inlaws) They were tickled to meet her as they had not and she is six and a half month's old now. She was good as gold. She also met a few 2nd and 3rd cousins. I half expected her to show a bit of fear in 'strangers' but she had none and was good as gold. I sorta messed up her nap schedule for the day but that happens on occasion. Sara was understanding. We now have photos of the meeting and hopefully they'll get to see her again.



They are young for being greats -just early 70's and she is number 10. Oh my!

Enjoyed the visit and sharing Ava. Now I need to rest. She moves non-stop and am glad I've lost weight so I can keep up. She's nearly crawling as well. Can army crawl or roll anywhere. She'll be on her knees racing around soon - then the fun WILL begin. My pedo should get a good workout. LOL
