Day 2 : Family Fit Challenge!

Still sick but doing the best I can to stay on track with my challenge! Here are the results of my challenge for Day 2 :

Water intake - 128 oz - DONE!
Take vitamins and supplements - DONE!
Crunches - 100 reps - DONE!
Pushups Military - 20 reps - DONE!
My Super foods for today - 10 servings each day. One serving is a fist full or 1 cup....

3. Blueberries
4. Strawberries
5. Steel cut oats
6. Red Bell pepper
7. Apple
8. Carrots
9. Ezekiel bread
10. Black tea
