So last night I danced for 3 hours, SO draining. And I was starving halfway into the third hour. But instead of eating a lot of food when I went home I drank some water and ate a cup of frozen grapes. So delicious! I even got that kind of gross feeling where you eat too much because they were really sticky, even though it was only 60 calories. win. Then I went straight to bed without going online much and woke up, got to work on time (more or less) and feel almost rested. It's only 7:30 though, usually I crash after 2 hours of work so we'll see how I am at 9 AM.

I haven't budged on the scale but it's only been a week or so since I've gotten serious about my SP round 2 (round 1 lost 40 from July to January then gained from january to now). But I did lose a tiny bit on my stomach hips and thigh measurements..like 1/8 of an inch. I know it might not really count due to water and other fluctuations etc but it's still encouraging =0

goals for the day
1. drink all my water!
2. don't eat anythig dumb
3. don't drink much at rachel's birthday tonight
4. only one of sauce, cheese, avocado at subway for lunch. but which hmmm.

I've been craving fast food. It's so bad. boooo

    Heh, after 3 hours, you needed the grapes. Though yeah, sweet stuff at this point can get very heavy, very fast. Make sure you're eating enough, especially pre- and post- workouts. It won't be long before you start losing weight/inches again. emoticon
