Winters here.....

Wednesday, June 30, 2010

Well, winter has arrived and it seems that with it's arrival that my motivation has gone into hiding. I suspect it is hiding under a nice warm quilt waiting for summer to stop by.

In the last week, since my motivation deserted me... I have told myself that

* I need to exercise
* I need to continue to eat healthy
* I need to log onto Spark People regularly

And then the morning comes around, the alarm goes off and I hit the snooze and go back to sleep (promising myself that I will get up and exercise tomorrow morning)

ARGH!!!!

I need my to find my motivation!

Actually I think I need a good kick in the behind for letting all my hard work start to slip away.... So my spark friends ... Please stop by and give me a swift kick, so I will go and drag my motivation out from under that nice warm quilt and get back on track to a healthier lifestyle.

    I started CE this week. First week is nearly all ticked off.
    I am so glad I started this routine again.
    Watching the ads for turbofire got me motivated again.

    Before you go to sleep, visualize waking with energy; then sleep well and awake energized. When you wake up immediately play your favorite energy song and let the day begin with your fitness/nutrition routine. I know the blog comments don't let us enter links, but here is the URL to my favorite Wake Up and At 'Em mornings:
