1. Subway no dressing (or no cheese) and no chips for lunch
2. food shopping after work
3. dance class at night
4. sleep right after dancing
5. 12+ glasses of water
6. make wednesday's lunch

are naps good or bad for losing weight?

    Getting enough rest is good for losing weight. I don't know about naps specifically, but sleep is when your body repairs.
