Do you walk every day in addition to swimming? How many miles or steps per day?
We're starting our walking program tomorrow on July 1st on The Step Diet Team. Join us! Most libraries have the book. Or just follow the chapter links that April WALKINGGIRL already posted. 3853 days ago
I know what you mean. I keep bouncing up and down...have been here for 3 years and can't seem to lose more than 10 pounds. A few years ago I lost 25 and put it all back on...plus a few...so I figure at least I haven't done THAT again. I am still here plugging along and trying to get on the downward track again. Think my age has a lot to do with it and knees that can't do as much exercise as they used to. We are doing what we can...right? SP does help keep me from binging too often...that's for sure. Don't get discouraged. We will hang in here and see our goal weight someday! 3855 days ago
Just don't give up! I bounced back up during the holidays but didn't change my tracker. Now I am just below what my tracker is saying (but I don't trust changing it yet.) Keep doing "the next right thing" in spite of the scale. It will work! 3855 days ago
Me, too! I was at goal weight and I blew it and gained back a lot of weight. I am so disappointed in myself. I kept my weight marker at goal hoping to positive think myself back there. Sure didn't work. I'm changing it today; starting again. At least I only have 29 pounds to lose, not 130 like I did five years ago. I'm chosing to celebrate a 3year weight loss of 100 pounds. And here's to seeing less of each other down the road . . . :) 3855 days ago
Isn't that just a frustrating thing. I broke into the 170's, then my boys went on vacation and my hubs and I went on an out to eat binge. Now I'm solidly in the mid 180's again. I'm inching down again. Lynn 3856 days ago
