My first 8 hour work day..

Well, I did get up at 6:45... 6:55 to workout ;) I could only stand 35 minutes of the elliptical though.. I guess since I did 45 minutes yesterday my body wasn't having it this morning. And then there's time. It felt like I was on it for an hour.. I was even watching 27 Dresses and time was still going impossibly slow. But I worked up a good sweat, and yes, it made me make healthier choices throughout the day: ie, not eating bagels that someone brought for the office!

Oh yeah, on my first 8 hour work day and so far I've learned: if I don't do a salad or something fresh for lunch make sure I have something fresh(fruit or at least a flavored water or yogurt) to snack on! I had a lean cuisne sandwich for lunch and dry cereal for a snack... I'm screaming for a chai tea with a shot of espresso(I don't drink coffe, that's as close as it gets!) right now because I need something.. I feel like a nice bowl of berries would lessen this feeling.

And! I weight myself and I flirted with 164 this morning!
