not been on spark for a week and i lost my momentum

i thought that i wouldn't need to come on here everyday, but i was wrong. I had no time last week to get on here and i lost my way because i wasn't tracking my food or exercise i had no idea what i was doing and i went out and had a bit of a binge.
I am however back and i intend to stay here until i see more results, so far i have been losing between 2-3 lbs a week but last week i put on 2lbs, weigh day is tomorrow and i have been very strict with myself and been working out every night for at least 1 and a half hours and i can fit into my skinny jeans so i am hoping that i have lost a bit more will let you all know tomorrow.
