Living life fully

Thursday, May 27, 2010

Living life fully is not a task, it is an opportunity.

Read this today. How true! How much time do we spend in a day wishing ___ was different. If we put the wishing time into doing time, believing time, accomplishing time - our lives would be full.

Full of memories we love, full of plans for tomorrow and joy for the day.

Let's live today for the joy of what comes our way and making the best of it.

[oh my gosh - I sound like my grandmother!]

Doesn't matter - even if it took me 50 years to figure out she is right, so be it. I always was a slow learner about living life. lol Now I know - elders are so right so often, if only we had the sense to lreally listen when we were 20!

Carpe diem! Sieze the day everyone and ENJOY!

You know, Jann, it's so funny you posted this. I was talking to Russ last night and of course, it was all the mushy I love you stuff and you make me so happy stuff and I was telling him that we both had to go thru all of the BAD relationships to be able to enjoy, appreciate and recognize the wonderful love we have in our lives now. He said since we've been together, he's learned to seize the day and honestly, so have I!

Our grandparents were smart people and often they are proven to be correct.

Your grandmother gave you wonderful words and wisdom!
