I gave up smoking over three years ago. There was a time when I was 140 pounds, smoked and was in the gym six days a week. I was disciplined and I had my eating under control but not my smoking. I had went from 235 pounds to 130 pounds but had leveled to 140. At the time I was under the impression that smoking was less damaging than being overweight. Now years and many pounds later, I don't smoke but am having a very difficult time getting my eating under control. I have difficulty taking vitamins every day. I have reset my sparkstreaks and am starting over. Just like everything else it sometimes takes time to get all the things in motion that you need to succeed.
