I've been eating until I feel full and that has been my stopping point.

Last month, I ate a lot of breakfast combos returning in the evening for their salad.

Today, I ate a breakfast combo, and I was still hungry. Only, today, I realized that is the level of hunger that I need to feel, that is how I'm going to feel while finishing eating. The hunger feeling goes away a while later.

I realize that.....now to keep my hands off of more food, at the end of a meal.

    This was a significant breakthrough!

    The other day I timed it and was mindful. You know how they say it takes 15-20 mins after you stop eating, for your stomach to notify your brain that you're full? It took me 32 mins. Double the 15. Weird but it is putting another piece of the puzzle in place.

    Drink lots of water with your meal and eat really slow, that helps to fill you up. And use a smaller plate, it looks like you have an entire plate of food instead of little piles on a big plate - it's a mind trick, lol, but it works.

    You can eat raw fruit and veggies and drink water to keep the edge of hunger off too without adding much calories. If you're consistently hungry, try drinking a sip of water between each bite of food. It really slows down your eating and makes you feel fuller with less food!
