2.P: PERSONAL: A Goal of Your Choice for the Day!!You choose what you need to focus on. This may be different each day. 1 Goal per Day and accomplishing it brings you 5 Points

Friday: GOAL - eat in high range of calories: 1400 down, 800 to go! freggies done! +4+5 =9
Satruday: eat low range calories +4+5=9
Sunday: eat low range calorie +3+5=8
Monday: high calories 5+5 = 10

dang 7 freggies is tough!
