Atre you sure your misgivings are justified? If so then you can talk to the nominating comittee and let them know what you found out and possible un-do your nomination. But, since he has already won the award it is probable too late and maybe the best things would be to talk to the student and let them know what your thoughts are. Hope that helps you some.
