Watxhing a western movie, so title was appropriate.
Got in 2 miles walking today, 9 miles on wii bike in 35 minutes up hill & all, 85 total minutes on the wii with 400 calories burned yeah! Counted as my GYM challenge, miles on my trails AND my exercise cycling...
I am really psyched about my new program.
hoping to see good results this 12 weeks. I have set my goal to lose 16 but gained 1 the first week so am going to have knock off 17! SAY good bye pounds you are leaving my life for good. 10% has GOT to go now!
