I have been so bad every day this week and past weekend. I have got to straighten up!

    dont give up i had a month of no weight loss after doing the plan but m still at it finally lost 2 lbs last week so keep at it u will have those days sometimes so keep ur head up

    I had the equivalent of 6 rum and cokes in 4 hours on Mother's day. I knew what I was doing but didn't stop, I WANTED to drink those rum and cokes...

    If I've learned anything here it's that depriving yourself constantly is counterproductive. Before Sunday I had not even had a coke for weeks. I wanted to have a few drinks on Mother's Day and I did. I knew it was not good for my program but I also knew that if I didn't I would be cranky and mad. My husband made dinner for Mother's Day and as a surprise he had red velvet cake, which I LOVE, for dessert. Since I had been drinking the rum and cokes I passed on the red velvet cake. Choices and conscience...

    I'm not beating myself up about the drinks. Just recovering and moving on. I ended up working out a little longer Monday to make up for my 'fun' Sunday and I really want some red velvet cake today so I'm being extra careful during the day today so I can have some later on tonight. And if I go over a bit because I indulge, so be it! There is always tomorrow! emoticon

    You can do it, just start small with extra movements and you will be feeling the urge to do more in no time.
