Well i had my first step class lastnight and it was a lot of fun even though i got muddled up a few times. It was very hard on my legs and i kept cramping up, i asked the trainer for some advice and she said it was maybe because i was dehydrated funny thing is i have been drinking well over my goal of 8 cups a day so i don't think that is the reason.
I am going back again on sunday and i am really looking forward to it.
I won't lie it is very hard but it will be worth it in the end when i am fit and healthy.
I have my appointment with my fitness trainer today, this is my first and he/she will be doing all my measurements and giving me a full program to follow when I'm on my own which i really need as i have no idea what is best for me.
