I lost 12 pounds on the hcg diet. Yay, however I had to stop it because I was having the worst stomach issues ever! I just couldn't take it anymore, so I decided to just start counting calories again and lifting weights.

I lifted weights today for the first time since I injured my foot in January. OMG I'm already so sore. I only used 5 pound weights...I'm glad I didn't go for using 12 right of the bat...I wouldn't be able to move tomorrow. I feel sore already but I also feel like a have a lot more energy. It feels good. =)

I took a few days break before starting to count calories again after stopping the hcg diet, so I hope my WI on Sunday isn't too bad.
