There is nothing better than a bowl of home made soup to make you feel great and warm inside, it has become my comfort food, espescially the one my granny taught me how to make.
The best thing about this is they are really nutritious (depending what you put into them) and have a handfull of your 5 a day which isn't that bad at all.
Think i will make some carrot and corriander soup tomorrow, my mouth is watering already :).

    I love soup! And if you make the right kind of recipe, you can have TWO WHOLE BOWLS for one meal and be under your calories and feel oh so great. Good for you!
