DAY 9: HEALTHY DIET DONE NOW FOR THE EXERCISE

I decided to not think about exercise for the first week so that i could get my head around food, calories, carbs, what not to eat and what i could eat, now i have this sussed (i think) i am going ahead and starting an exercise regime.
Today i have done 2 thirty mins sessions on wii fit mostly doing step plus and boxing as i find these to be better for getting my heart pumped, i have also done 35 mins of coach nicoles kickboxing cardio, i just kept going back and doing the hard parts and missing out the warm up and cool down lol.
Apparently this burned 823 kcals so i am so happy as this is more than i have taken in so far today.
I am gonna try and join a few aerobics classes as i feel i work better in a class than just doing it myself in the gym, and i am going to carry on with the walking. Hopefully this will help me lose my weight a bit quicker and i can't wait till next weigh in to see all my hard work paid off.
