Started over yet again *sigh*

I'm sure this is going to be boring for most if not all of you, so don't feel like you have to drop in and comment, but if you do that'll be great too :)
Sunday April 12th was my first day in a very long time that I've been back on track, so far it hasn't been that bad, it even feels kind of good being in control again. So I'm going to use this little space every day to write down how many ww pts I've had and also how many calories. I'm suppose to have 25 ww pts a day along with 35 flex pts if I want to use them, and I'm shooting for 1600 a day. Okay here we go.

Well Thursday was a total waist, not in a bad way just not enough to eat, I had to have a colonoscopy at 7:30 this morning, so besides some applesauce, some pudding and two Popsicles oh yeah and some bullion cubes that was all I had for the complete day yesterday, needless to say I think my stomach started attacking my backbone at some point. so this afternoon when I was done hubby took me to Denny's for lunch, I probably ate way too much but I was dying, okay well I thought I was anyway lol so the rest of the day I am back on track, and may I just say THANK GOD that is over with, the doctor said all looked good, I'm not sure if he thought my a$$ was hot or things inside looked good HAHAHA!
