reached the first 10 pounds goal

today i have lost 10 pounds since starting a vegetarian lifestyle March 1st. With some research into some really easy and tasty recipes, it hasn't been too hard to make the change. Some people think vegetarian is eating salad all the time. the recipes i have found on this website and in some books are even great to my husband who has changed to vegetarian with no problem. I feels so much better.
