Month 3 Here I come!

I did my first month 3 workout yesterday. Wow am I sore today! Anyways, it went way better than I had anticipated and I think there will be a lot of changes this month. (or at least I hope so) This month introduces squats and I am so ready for them. I was religiously on the stair stepper until my butt started to disappear, so hopefully with the combo of the squats I can go hard with it again.

My nutrition has been good, there is always room for improvement but it is way better than it use to be so I won't be too hard on myself. One step at a time right?!
