Week 1 of hCG diet a success!

My first week of being on the hCG diet was a success. On March 21st I WI at 254.4, today I WI at 244.8 pounds...9.6 pounds gone forever! emoticon

I have to say I am soooo sick of the foods you have to eat on this diet to restrict you to only 500 calories a day. I am sooooo sick of salad...it makes me sick thinking about it. LOL I really never feel hungry and I basically only eat the 500 calories because I have to.

I never thought I'd say this but I can't wait to start measuring foods and counting calories again. I miss eating my morning cereal and being able to snack on cereal at night while watching a movie. This diet sucks when it comes to movies because you can't have any snacks. :( I love my movie and snack time. :)

I guess I should stop complaining because this diet is helping me lose weight and by the time I'm done I'll be 10-15 pounds shy of my lowest weight in only a total of 43 days (instead of it taking 6 months) since falling off the weight loss wagon in 2009.

I read the quote above when I have the desire to eat something that is not allowed on the hCG diet and it seems to work. Hope it continues to work.
