I've been gone for a while. Not intentionally, but gone all the same.

I continue my workouts and try to watch what I have been eating, but my work is very cyclical, so sometimes I have a bunch of free time and sometimes I have zero. Today is a bit slow so it felt good to actually get back on a log my food and workouts again.

I hope to be around more often in the coming weeks!
