Month - 2

Month 2 has been interesting so far. Monday was my first workout and it when extremely well. I was lifting heavier weights and feeling good about it. Best workout thus far… And then I woke up the next morning. I could barely walk. The stairs to the laundry room resembled a medieval torture device. I am no stranger to tight muscles so I assumed throughout the day my legs would relax and by the time I got to the gym all would be well. Think again! Let’s just say I took my first rest day.
Wednesday’s workout went so-so. I think I was just so nervous about waking up today not being able to walk that I didn’t push myself as hard as I could have. But today my legs are feeling good (still a bit tense but minor in comparison) so I’m excited to get back to it!
To top it all off, the boyfriend made dinner for me last night! A recreation of a McDonalds chicken sandwich ( a total of 530 calories). It was so delicious I could have eaten two.
