I got out today even though it is only 57 degrees today and windy! It wasn't bad in the sun and I wore workout pants and a sweatshirt and I walked/jogged for 37 minutes (1.75 miles) and of those 37 minutes, I jogged for five. I am definitely getting better and I know that if I can keep this momentum going I will be jogging for the entire mile! That is my current goal anyway....
Now that I did some "cool down", I will get in some strength training too!
