I am starting my new job tomorrow. Finally - this past month and a half has been very stressful. Uncertainty is so hard! I have kept up my exercise for the most part, and 70% of my diet has been good, but I have been straying a bit. I have gained about 5 lbs. I am ready to drop that and keep going in the right direction.
It isn't rocket science but I need to keep reminding myself:
Whole nutritious super foods - lots of fruits & veggies, whole grains, lean meats, fish and dairy. Easy peasy.
Exercise - run 3 times per week, lift 2 times per week, 2 misc cardio (step, spin, hockey etc)
