Daily results 3/8 and 3/9

All is well here, just getting bigger by the second. Seriously!!! I feel good but there have been some hard moments in the past couple of days where my energy has been nonexistent. On Sunday I was SO TIRED! I took a nap and just crashed! Then Monday and yesterday were fantastic, and I felt wonderful until late at night and then the bed was calling my name! I guess this is to be expected but I do long for the days where I had endless energy but it will come back soon, I hope!

My 36 week doctors appointment is tomorrow and since I have been slowing down I think it will be a good appointent. I have not had too many contractions this week so that is good. It will be just a standard vist. You know Mommy's BP, babys HR, weight etc... but I still love going each week to hear her little heart beating so strong. This week though he will not be checking effacement etc..unless he feels it is needed. We will see.

Anyways. today I am staying mostly at home doing laundry and light housework. I am planning on taking my dog for a walk hopefully 30 mins if I can.

Here are the my results from the past two days -

Monday - 3/8

Fitness - 20 min walk

Water - 128 oz

Tuesday - 3/9

Fitness - 17 min walk
Calories - 1,595

Jen-I'm with you on the exhaustion! That was me yesterday and I wasn't able to nap. Then, last night, i was up for 2 hrs with insomnia,of all things! I napped this morning between running boys to school and the little ones waking up. I feel better but still cannot wait til Kaelin goes down later for her nap. I've got a walk scheduled this afternoon when my big girls get home.
You are doing so well on everything!!! I haven't tracked in a few days but started again today. Need to get more water in! emoticon

Have you made your build a bear yet? I heard, of an idea that I thought was super cute. Get one of those 'voice boxes' from build a bear, record the babies heartbeat on it at your next visit, and then when you build your bear, you can put it in your bear! I thought that was sweet, so you can always hear your babies heartbeat. I bet it would be comforting too, kind of like those "womb sounds" bears.

You're going to need all your energy once that baby girl is here, so preserve as much of it as you can. Good luck at your doctor's appointment tomorrow!

Good for you! still getting that exercise in! YOU GO GIRL! I keep aggrivating my round ligament. It actually was inflamed last week, and I had to cease my walking. So, I was feeling good yesterday and walked 25 city blocks...then I started feeling a little pain in the same area. lo and behold....it hurts this morning! awww man! How were you able to keep up activity for so long! I am 23 weeks, and I think I have to slow down already :o(
