Chocolate is my enemy!

So I broke down today and ate a candy bar. I did half succeed though in that I only ate 1 regular size peanut butter cup instead of both of them. I needed chocolate though. Work has been insane and I am really not happy right now so the no chocolate and no cigarette thing really isn't working for me right now. I haven't been doing very well on my diet either. I went a bit over on my calories today and I didn't work out like I wanted to. I am losing momentum and I don't like it. I weigh in tomorrow morning and I am really not looking forward to it. I haven't been seeing much progress lately. A few weeks ago if I slipped off the program a little I still was seeing results, now I am sticking to the program more or less and I either gain or stay the same. How do you stay focused and keep up the momentum if you don't see results. I know I am not the only one with this issue so any feedback or tips you can give me I would really appreciate!
