All I can say is WOW!! I lost a whopping 4.5 pounds this week!! Not having sugar sure is helping it fall off my waistline! I have got to start incorporating some excercise in soon though, as it will not always fall off like this.
As most of you know, I had a miscarriage in sept. and i gained 20 pounds thanks to depression. So I climbed way back up, and didn't like it. Well I am 10 pounds !!! from being where i was back then. YAY!! I can do this. I think i can, I think I can =)
i just wanted to add a lil positive to the site this morning. As it is a great way to start off a monday!! I have vacation start on sat., and can't wait as i get to spend the weekend with my hubby and NO kids for my birthday!! I am stoked!
